Yes, We take orders very carefully and send requested product to the client.
Order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@classyclasps.pk just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting you in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Customers will also receive confirmation from courier once their order is fulfilled and handed over to the courier.
You can only edit your order before it's fulfilled and handed over to courier.
We suggest you contact us through our email.
But once it's handed over to the courier we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
It is not confirmed that we will restock all the items that are out of stock. It is better to order the items which are in stock.
Orders within Punjab will be delivered within 2-4 days. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframes, and we will examine the status of your order.
